Your First Visit to Our El Cerrito Practice
Welcome To Smith Chiropractic
On your first visit to Smith Chiropractic our goal is to serve you by delivering a courteous staff, simple forms and prompt attention.
After your paper work you'll have a consultation and history with Dr. Eric, Examination, Computer Analysis of your spine and nervous system with the Subluxation Station and if required, we may take X-rays.
These procedures are painless yet thorough, the more we know the more we can help. If you have X-rays, MRI or CT Scans in your possession please bring those to your first visit.
Plan 30-45 minutes and remember there is free parking at our office.
